How can I edit my order?

  • The fastest way will be to email us at contact@thesnookishop.com or call 973-377-2527 during business hours, we will help you every step away.

How do I know my size? 

  • Our items come from various different manufacturers, because of this sizing may vary. Some items may have a size chart included in the listing.

How do I check my order status?

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once we have processed your order and tracking is ready, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you did not receive an email within 2 days of placing your order, please email us at contact@snookishop.com.
  • If you sign up and create an account with The Snooki Shop you will be able to track your package and see your order history on our website.

Why was my order canceled?

  • The only reason we will ever cancel your order is not because we don’t like you! It is because the item was sold out and we do not have it in-stock. 
  • We will never cancel an order without sending an email first explaining an item is sold out, if we have a similar item to replace it we will always make sure to give you an option to replace it with the similar item.

What kinds of shipping options do you offer?

Do you ship international?

  • Yes! Our site changes based on your IP address. It should show you prices based on your countries currency.
  • Keep in mind shipping internationally may take up to 3 weeks.

What is your Return Policy?

How soon will I receive my refund? 

  • Please allow 3-5 business days from the processing date for your return to appear on your statement.
