Shipping Information
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST typically ship the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will ship the next business day.
We ship Monday–Saturday.
Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will ship the next business day.
Once your order leaves us, shipping timelines are handled by the carrier. We’ll always do our best to get your goodies out fast 💖

International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International delivery times vary by destination (typically 7-21 business days). Customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
❌Final Sale Items (No Returns or Exchanges)
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked SALE or discounted from the original price
- Items purchased with promotional discounts (example: Cyber Monday, store-wide sales, collection sales, or percentage-off promotions)
- Beauty/cosmetic products
- Jewelry, swimwear, footwear, beauty products, and glassware
- Gift Cards
Online Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Requirements
To qualify, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Free of damage or alterations
- In original condition with all tags attached
Items returned after 30 days, or items that are worn, damaged, or altered, will not be accepted. All returns are subject to inspection and approval at our discretion
Within the 30-day window, eligible items may be:

Returned for a refund to the original form of payment, or

Exchanged for a different size/color (subject to availability) or an item of equal or greater value
Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
⚠️ Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return

- We'll provide you with a return label and instructions
- Ship the item back in the condition you received it
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when requesting a return on a previously exchanged item. We cover the cost of the first return; any additional return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the item is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item. Please note that once an order has shipped, we are unable to update the shipping address.
Damaged or Defective Items
We inspect every item before it ships, but if something arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered.

In-Store Return Policy
All of the above policies apply to in-store purchases, with one exception:- In-store returns must be made within 14 days of purchase
