Shipping & Returns


Please allow for 1-2 business days for processing your order. 

Orders placed before 12pm EST will typically ship on the same day. Any orders outside of that will ship the following business day. 

We ship orders daily Monday - Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will ship on the following Monday (excluding holidays). 



Important information regarding final sale items:

All items marked down from the original price and/or marked "SALE" are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you choose to use a discount code, all items that code is applied to will be final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All beauty/cosmetic purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.  

All jewelry, swimwear and footwear purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


OUR POLICY:  You have 30 days to return or exchange a valid item from the date you received it. The item MUST be unused, unworn, not damaged and not altered, it MUST be in the same condition as received with all original tags attached. If more than 30 days have passed since you received the item or item comes back to us damaged or worn, you will not be refunded.

Within the 30 day period you may choose to have a valid item returned for its value back or exchanged for a different size.

Once we evaluate the item, if it is approved for a refund, it will be processed and a credit for your item(s) will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.


Shipping is nonrefundable.

For all orders, we will send a prepaid return label to cover the shipping if the item doesn't fit. For all other returns, you will be responsible to cover the cost of shipping and we will send you an invoice do so.

 Exchanges: You can exchange an item if the size is incorrect and falls within the return policy above. You can exchange and item or another item of equal or more value if it falls in line with the return policy above. Please email us at for shipping instructions.


We take great care to make sure all items are sent in perfect condition.  But if an item is defective or damaged when you receive it, please email us with your order number and a picture of the item at for help.
