RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returning or exchanging an item is easy.
Here’s our policy: you have 30 days to return or exchange an item from the date you receive it. If more than 30 days have passed since you received the item, you can’t return or exchange it, but we will give you store credit when you send it back. The item to be returned or exchanged MUST be unused, unworn, not damaged and not altered, and it MUST be in the same condition as received with all originals tags attached and all original packaging included.
If you need to return an item, please email us at email@example.com for shipping instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. We will also notify you whether your return has been approved or rejected for refund. If approved for refund, it will be processed and a credit for your item(s) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days. If rejected for refund, we will give you store credit.
You can exchange an item if the size is incorrect. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping instructions, and you will pay for shipping.
We take great care to make sure all items are sent in perfect condition. But if an item is defective or damaged when you receive it, please email us at email@example.com for shipping instructions. We’ll send you a return mailing label, and we will pay for shipping.

Important exceptions to our returns and exchanges policy:
- Gift cards. Non-returnable and non-refundable.
- “Sale”. Any item marked “Sale” can be returned or exchanged just like a full-priced item.
- “Final Sale”. Any item marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned but can be exchanged or sent back to us for store credit.
- No return, exchange or sending back to us for store credit: perfume, tanning lotion, tanning spray, opened makeup.
